The Vitesse brand (sadly no more) from France, and at the time of this model, assembled in Portugal...one of Europe's premiere producers of collectible diecast cars. Here is a 1960 Chevrolet Corvette Cabriolet in classic silver with a black top, from the "Retro Vitesse" line of 1/43 scale toys, made in the late 1970's to early 1980's. These are not to be found anywhere these days; a European obscurity lost in the sauce of big diecast producers like Corgi, Dinky, Matchbox, Majorette, etc. Mr. Pop Top loves stuff like this.
