(Sorry, out of stock...SOLD for $165.00) Transformers Beast Wars "Optimus Primal" Robot, from Kenner. This is a MINT-IN-FACTORY-SEALED-BOX beauty from 1996, Poptoppers! The original version of the Beast Wars "Optimus Primal", the "Heroic Maximal Leader" of the Transformers. This is not a re-make...this is the first one, friends!! Beast Wars was an update of the TF line, wherein the transforming robots crash-land on a planet loaded with Energon, which turns their "mechanical" bodies into "organic" ones. Long story short...instead of transforming into machines, the Beast Wars bots transformed into animals! Optimus Primal is one of the best and most sought-after of this line...he morphs into a Kong-like gorilla, loaded with weaponry! Optimus Primal is a great piece of Transformers history, and this one, as I shouted earlier, is MINT, FACTORY-SEALED, TAPED BOTH SIDES!! Do not let him grunt his way into another's TF shrine.
