This miniature, but highly-detailed statuette of the late, great 35th President of the United States is modeled after the famous "Marx Presidents" figure from the 1960's. This is a fully-functioning twist-type pencil sharpener, located in the statuette's base, which also carries the words: "Kennedy", "35th", and "1961-1963".
