Naval Frigate U.S.S. "Constitution", by Revell. A CLASSIC from over 40 years ago. This incredible 1/96 scale plastic model kit of the famous "Old Ironsides" finishes out to roughly 30" long!! This 1976 kit features high-quality plastic parts molded with the highest level of detail and accuracy. The two-piece hull is crafted with scribed wood planking and copper plating. Black thread is used for the standing rigging, and tan thread for the running rigging. Kit also contains pre-formed ratlines and vacuum-formed sails! Detailed cannons on the gun carriages surround both the highly detailed Gun Deck and Spar Deck. Detailed captain cabin interior.
