Pittsburgh Steelers Andy Russell Cup, by Burger King. A TRUE RARITY, this early 1970's sports collectors' cup highlights the career of Andy Russell. Born in 1941, Russell was a linebacker for the Steelers for 12 years, played in Super Bowls IX and X, and appeared in seven Pro Bowls. He was part of the famed "Steel Curtain" defense; toughest in the NFL. In recent years, Russell founded the Andy Russell Charitible Foundation and is a successful author and investment banker. These early Burger King football player cups are difficult to find in any condition now, as they were made of very, very thin plastic and few survived. We have one! This one is in great shape for its age and fragility (there is one miniscule crack in lip of cup). Just try to find this NFL rarity anywhere else...you won't!! Cup measures 5" tall. Only one in stock.
