Daredevil #116, from Marvel Comics. A VF-MINT copy of this great issue, from December 1974, featuring the Steve Gerber yarn "Two Flew Over the Owl's Nest". The always-brilliant Gene Colan provides the graphics. Daredevil was raised by a boxer and lost his sight while trying to save a blind man from being hit by a truck (carrying radioactive material, of course, giving him super powers after the ensuing spill). The now sightless fellow was trained in the martial arts and first used his skill in finding the murderer of his guardian (rubbed out after he crossed the mob in the boxing ring). One of the more unique characters in comicdom because of his sightless condition, this title has endured many years and spawned a feature film (ahem). Pick up this copy today! Only one in stock.
