Original 1965 James Bond "Odd Job" Action Figure, by Gilbert. From the great James Bond 007 craze of the '60's comes this AUTHENTIC 1965 figure of "Odd Job", one of 007's cruelest foes, whose hat, when thrown frisbee-style, became a DEADLY WEAPON! Remember that famous scene in "Goldfinger" where he throws it and beheads a marble statue?!! Anyway, this Odd Job is MINT ON SEALED CARD!! An incredible find in The Pop Top Shop...you can NEVER find these RARITIES in this condition, still packaged as they were originally on store display racks, back when The Beatles ruled the radio and Johnson was President! UNOPENED, UNPLAYED...just as if it was still 1965 outside (open the window and look around...it isn't). The packaging says it all: "Odd Job with Dangerous Derby", "Harold Sakata as Odd Job in Goldfinger", and "NEW SECRET-SPY FIGURE. THRILLING! LIFE-LIKE! AUTHENTIC!" Indeed, these Gilbert action figures and some of the toys and playsets they came out with in the same time period were among the FIRST OFFICIALLY-LICENSED JAMES BOND TOYS! Yes, the A.C. Gilbert Company, the same that made Erector Sets famous! Anyway, this is a real piece of pop-culture history here, folks...an ORIGINAL James Bond toy from over 45 years ago! Only one in stock.
