Produced in 1985 by The Testors Corp, this is a 1/200 scale Macross Series Pitaban Type "Destroid Defender" plastic model kit. It is MINT-IN-BOX, and never opened, taken directly from a sealed case. We bought these long-out-of-production kits directly from Testors many years ago. This is one of a great series of kits that Testors made for the US market in the wake of the success of the "Robotech" TV series which utilized characters and sequences culled from the old "Super Dimensional Fortress Macross" Japanese TV series.
