Daidenjin transforms from the robot Daidenjin to the spaceport Denjin. Loads of chunky die-cast metal make this robot one tough monkey! Daidenjin is aknowledged to have been the very FIRST transforming robot on Japanese television, appearing on the 1980 show "Denshi Sentai Denjiman"; part of the legendary "Super Sentai" series. A staple in Japan for almost 30 years, some of the "Super Sentai" shows have aired in the States, sampled or borrowed from (see "Power Rangers"), or run as parodies on USA Network's old "Night Flight" block back in the 80's. This Daidenjin stands about 5" tall, and has never been taken out of the box...still has all of its original accessories and inserts from a quarter-century ago. Out of stock.
