DC Comics Superheroes "The Penguin" Action Figure, by Toy Biz. "Waak, waaak waaaak"...Mr. Pop Top can still hear Burgess Meredith's angry character...chomping on his cigarette holder, waddling, wearing spats...on the ABC TV "Batman". Of course, accompanied by that Neal Hefti/Nelson Riddle music, always shown at a skewed camera angle, in lurid color...like Orson Welles on acid. Loved that show.
