From 1984 (that's a long time ago, Poptoppers!!) comes the "Enemy Robot Monster" Zod, a one-of-a-kind release in the GoBots line...MINT IN BOX...just as fresh as it was a quarter-century ago. Zod is described as "Cy-Kill's ultimate weapon for conquering the Earth" who "literally comes down on Friendly GoBots with his wicked crushing action". A wonderfully-crafted toy, which (when activated by C batteries) would move around on his rubber tires while rising up and snapping his body...while in the "standing" position he revealed a red button on his abdomen which you would try to jab with the provided "Mighty Lazer Lance" to halt his path of "terror and destruction", as the box puts it so eloquently. This Zod is in the RARE EARLIER PACKAGING which involved white cardboard instead of the more common styrofoam-packaged ones!! Zod is one of the more difficult GoBots to locate in UNPLAYED condition, since it was motorized..and what kid would've been able to resist such a temptation over a quarter-century ago? Perhaps...Mr. Pop Top?? Here is Zod, perfectly-preserved for your collecting pleasure. Includes his "Mighty Lazer Lance", instruction sheet and GoBots story book "Escape to Planet Earth".
