It's actually an intricately-detailed transforming robot spaceship / base from the popular "Dynaman" TV series, originally made in Japan by Popy. Dynaman was part of the "Super Sentai" series and ran for 51 episodes overseas. It was re-edited and dubbed as a comedy and aired in the late 80's in the States on the USA Network as part of their "Night Flight" show. This Godaikin Bandai version from 1984 is MINT-IN-BOX, NEVER PLAYED, NEVER OPENED! It opens to store the transformed "Dynaman" robot which was sold separately. This is one of the harder-to-find Godaikin pieces since it was, at heart, an accessory, and wasn't a "main character", so it sold accordingly. Plus, its just plain BIG! Rest assured, though, Mr. Pop Top had the foresight almost a quarter-century ago to pick this up and store it in his time capsule...where it waits today, for your purchasing pleasure. Out of stock.
