Released in conjunction with the second season of the wildly popular Power Rangers TV series, Tor works in conjunction with the other "Zord" toys to combine into one giant piece of mecha! Tor was, on the show, a giant turtle that gained super powers when exposed to a green crystal and grew to the height of a twenty-story building. Originally known as "DX Dai Mugen", from the Japanese TV series "Gosei Sentai DaiRanger", Tor's name change came when all of the above was repackaged for American kiddies when the "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" hit the Fox Network. Bandai America's Tor not only transformed from "Shuttle Zord" to "Thunder Warrior", but was also a transport system for the other Zord transforming robots in their Power Rangers line.
