A rarity to find one of these in this condition, UNOPENED, MINT-ON-CARD, GEM C-10. An early character, and a collectors' favorite in that, like "Scourge", he was an atypical vehicle-mode choice for the popular line of morphing toys...instead of the usual car, truck or jet. Seaspray was only in production for a year, being dropped from the line in 1986 (as well as from the Transformers TV show). Here is one of those "missing" Transformers from your collection!
