DC Comics Superheroes "The Penguin" Action Figure, by Toy Biz. "Waak, waaak waaaak"...Mr. Pop Top can still hear Burgess Meredith's angry character...chomping on his cigarette holder, waddling, wearing spats...on the ABC TV "Batman". Of course, accompanied by that Neal Hefti/Nelson Riddle music, always shown at a skewed camera angle, in lurid color...like Orson Welles on acid. Loved that show. Here is a great action figure of Penguin put out by Toy Biz in 1989, MINT ON CARD, NEVER OPENED, COMPLETE WITH MISSILE-FIRING UMBRELLA!! When Kenner's "Super Powers" line of toys went the way of all flesh in 1986, the new company Toy Biz was granted the license to market DC's characters. Many of their first releases, such as this one, were knock-offs of Kenner's toys. These are hard to find unopened, gang, and we have Penguin, one of the RARER of the series...make him yours today! Only one in stock.
