The early 1980's "Spitting Image" TV show in the UK skewered popular and unpopular politicos and celebrities with their great caricature puppets and dark humor, and spawned a few toys, this being one: the President of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev, immortalized as a rubber dog-chew toy. Yes, that's right, gang. He even has a little red hammer-and-sickle emblazoned on his balding pate. This is UNOPENED, GEM-MINT CONDITION, RUBBER STILL SOFT AND PLIABLE, NO FADING. A truly great piece and a hard-to-find slice of the era of "glasnost" and "perestroika"...since most of these ended up in the slobbering, gnawing mouths of dogs, covered in bite marks and drool.
